CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At The Beauty Mark, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed by contacting us at he***@***************om.au.
  • After 2 hours, your order may have already been processed and shipped.

Returns & Refunds:

  • We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    >>Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
    >>Proof of purchase must be provided.

How to Return:

  • Email he***@***************om.au with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, you will be responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Faulty Products:

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost to you, in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
